Morrocan 3 Peaks Challenge for Rennie Grove

Adventurers wanting to find out more about Rennie Grove Hospice Care’s fantastic fundraising trek to Morocco can attend a special open evening on March 10.

Located in the High Atlas Mountain range, three spectacular peaks await during this seven day fundraising challenge that is due to take place from 19-27 September. Jbel Toubkal, Jbel Ouanoukrim and M’Goun are Morocco’s three highest peaks and offer a tempting challenge to adventurous and fit trekkers. These peaks, all of which are over 4,000m altitude, offer great trekking in the rugged and dramatic landscapes of both the Toubkal National Park and the Central High Atlas.

Jo Hunt, Events Fundraiser, said: "An ideal candidate for the trek would be someone who enjoys being out of their comfort zone and trying something new."

A £270 registration fee is payable at the time of booking and once you are registered you must commit to raising at least £1,500 sponsorship.

Jo said: "The fundraising team will fully support you and help you with ideas on how you can raise funds. The money you raise will help to fund the work of our Hospice at Home nurses and Family Support Services."

The trip includes flights from London, alltransfers and transport in Morocco, accommodation, tents and sleeping mats ontrek, all meals, local expert English-speakingguides, porters/mules and cooks, trekkingpermits and a UK Different Travel tour manager as well as a representative from Rennie Grove.
