Bids sought for Question of Sport auction

qosRennie Grove Hospice Care is inviting readers to bid for lots in its forthcoming Question of Sport auction.  Part of an annual charity dinner, the auction includes a range of money-can’t-buy experiences as well as some stunning items, all donated by Rennie Grove’s generous corporate supporters.

More than 250 of these supporters will gather at Sopwell House Hotel, St Albans on Thursday March 3 to enjoy a three-course dinner, interactive sports quiz and lively auctions compered by Sky’s Premier League Reporter, Geoff Shreeves.  Although the event is a sell-out, readers can still get in on the action by submitting their bids for the silent auction and live auction in advance of the night.

Lots include tickets to two days of exhilarating live music at Chilfest with an overnight hotel stay, lunch in Tring and a chance to meet Tony Hadley, lead singer of 80s legends Spandau Ballet; a luxury break at the world famous Danesfield House Hotel plus the use of a luxury BMW for the weekend, courtesy of Specialist Cars Group; 4-ball at the stunning New Zealand Golf Course in Surrey, donated by the Marrett family; plus a place for an 18-25 year old on the Close Brothers Future Leaders Programme in July 2016.
