Pop-up shop to fund hospice care

Bag a bargain at a pop-up shop coming to Tring this month.  Stocking mainly women’sOur shops clothes and accessories, with most items a bargain at just £2, the store on Akeman Street is being run by Rennie Grove Hospice Care to raise funds for its 24/7 responsive hospice at home service.

Residents and shoppers will see a hive of activity on 3 and 4 August as staff and volunteers prepare No. 10 for a two-week takeover.  Opening for business on Friday 5 August, the pop-up shop will trade from 10am till 4pm for seven days a week until Friday 19.

Deborah Gould, Director of Retail & Trading at Rennie Grove, said: “We’re thrilled to have this exciting opportunity for a warehouse clearance sale.  It means we can offer high street fashion at rock-bottom prices whilst making way for new donations to stock our permanent shops for the autumn / winter season.”

Alex Ford from Oakman Inns has made the sale possible by generously donating the use of No. 10 Akeman Street for a fortnight.
