There are still a few tables remaining for Rennie Grove Hospice Care’s fourth annual Question of Sport Charity Dinner on Thursday March 2 at Sopwell House Hotel. Bringing together Hertfordshire’s corporate community, the three-course dinner and fully interactive sports quiz provides the perfect platform to thank colleagues and entertain clients.
The popular corporate hospitality event is compered by Sky Sports Premier League reporter Geoff Shreeves, St Albans resident and long-standing Rennie Grove supporter.
Geoff said: “I’m delighted to be supporting this fantastic local cause at what has become a real highlight on the local sporting calendar! The atmosphere is always excellent – people seem to enjoy the interactive element of the quiz and they are always thrilled with the calibre of the lots in the auction, which makes my job as auctioneer that bit easier!”
This year’s auction includes tickets to exciting sporting events such as the boxing world title fight between Olympic medallist Anthony Joshua and Wladimir Klitschko at Wembley on April 29; Arsenal v Sunderland at the Emirates stadium on April 22; the Champions League clash between Arsenal and Bayern Munich on March 7 and for England v Australia at Twickenham on November 18.
There are also money-can’t-buy experiences to bid for, such as a private dining experience for 10 people in your own home with That Hungry Chef. You could borrow a BMW I8 supercar for the weekend to ferry you to and from a luxury hotel stay, or claim your made-to-measure suit from Ceremonia in St Albans, before enjoying lunch at Dylan’s – The Kings Arms.
To secure your place at this renowned event, call Kate on 01727 731016 or bid online before March 2 at www.renniegrove.org/qosherts
