Our annual conference 2018 will focus on the complexities of caring for patients who are elderly, frail or who have dementia and in particular the ethical and human rights issues that might arise when providing this care.
We have brought together a team of expert speakers for the conference who are all highly respected in each of their individual fields. Each will share with delegates their professional and personal insights into caring for a group of people who may be unable to express their own opinions and wishes.
Taking place at the Holiday Inn, Weston Turville, near Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire on Wednesday 17 October 2018, the charity is offering a discounted delegate rate to those booking their place before 31 July.
Stewart Marks, recently appointed Chief Executive at Rennie Grove said, “I am very much looking forward to hearing from our speakers and sharing best practice about how palliative care expertise can be used to support the last years of life for people who might not yet be dying, but who need appropriate care.
“This will be my first conference as Chief Executive of Rennie Grove Hospice Care and I look forward to meeting other delegates as we share areas of learning in this important area,” he added.
