Path of Life Terms & Conditions
1. All sponsored granite stones remain the property of Rennie Grove Hospice Care. Rennie Grove Hospice Care agrees to maintain the bricks for a minimum of 10 years and to have complete control over the location and date of installation of the bricks. Bricks may become worn, weathered or damaged by natural causes without any liability to Rennie Grove Hospice Care. In exceptional circumstances, Rennie Grove Hospice Care reserves the right to move or relocate the stones: we will make every effort to inform the donors if this is ever the case.
2. Inscriptions should be positive and uplifting. Rennie Grove Hospice Care reserves the right to refuse any application and the decision of Rennie Grove Hospice Care is final. Any amendments to the inscription provided on the application form must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the certificate dispatched by our supplier Briconomics. Thereafter, Rennie Grove Hospice Care is not responsible for the inscription.
3. On receipt of your application we will debit your debit/credit card for the total amount donated. However, our acceptance of your application remains subject to (a) approval by us; (b) availability of granite stones; and (c) availability of remaining space in the Path of Life. Amounts shown are suggested donations. Once we have agreed to accept your application Briconomics will send a letter and certificate to the address you provide on the application form to confirm this. A contract does not exist between us until that time. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
