As Clinical Service Manager Hertfordshire, you will manage the strategic and overall development of services within Hertfordshire, under the leadership of Head of Nursing and Clinical Services. You will work collaboratively with service leads to develop health and well-being services and will work with the Senior Staff Nurse, Senior Occupational Therapist and Specialist Physiotherapist to ensure excellent provision of specialist palliative care to Day Service patients. You will provide support to the day to day management of Herts Hospice at Home and Day Services, including overseeing the structure of volunteering and volunteer resource needed to support Day Services.
You will be a first level Registered Nurse or Registered Clinical Practitioner and be able to provide evidence of continuous personal and academic development. You will be advanced assessment skills training qualified or committed to commence this qualification within 2 years of being appointed to the position. You will have proven experience in Palliative and Supportive Care or other appropriate comparable clinical setting and experience of managing people and developing, motivating and leading teams effectively.
