The role of Clinical Support Administrator is in place to allow our Clinical teams to spend their time out with patients, providing valuable care and support. As with every role, this is essential to giving our patients and families the highest possible levels of care. You will work between our Chalfont St Giles and Tring offices, with occasional visits to St Albans, so a car and driving licence will be essential.
Administrative and secretarial responsibilities, along with acting as a focal point for contact are the key activities for this role. You will therefore need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:
- Office administration
- IT systems, databases, producing reports
- Organisation and attention to detail
- Managing relationships (interpersonal skills, customer service)
- Time management, prioritisation and resilience
- Discretion, integrity, sensitivity
- Experience of handling confidential information
We offer development, flexible working, opportunities to volunteer and 25 days’ holiday per year plus bank holidays.
We’re all about making lives better at Rennie Grove Hospice Care, and you can play your part in that. We provide care and support for adults and children, diagnosed with cancer and other life-limiting illness, and their families. It’s important work and, to make it all happen, we need talented and passionate people.
