Facilities Administration Volunteer

This role is within our busy Facilities Department based at Grove House.  The role is very varied and will include a number of administrative tasks depending on the priorities of the department such as: 

  • Co-ordinating the process for updating policies on a regular basis
  • Setting up spreadsheets and using formulae to update daily, weekly and monthly returns
  • Updating and formatting Word documents
  • Updating manuals, training sheets and information
  • Telephoning and liaising with internal and external customers
  • General administration including filing, photo-copying, laminating etc.
  • General secretarial work

We are looking for someone who could offer a half to one day per week as a minimum, preferably on Wednesdays.
