This role is within our busy Facilities Department based at Grove House. The role is very varied and will include a number of administrative tasks depending on the priorities of the department such as:
- Co-ordinating the process for updating policies on a regular basis
- Setting up spreadsheets and using formulae to update daily, weekly and monthly returns
- Updating and formatting Word documents
- Updating manuals, training sheets and information
- Telephoning and liaising with internal and external customers
- General administration including filing, photo-copying, laminating etc.
- General secretarial work
We are looking for someone who could offer a half to one day per week as a minimum, preferably on Wednesdays.
