Head of Fundraising Development & Engagement
We are seeking a Head of Fundraising Development and Engagement to lead a direct marketing and individual giving team and help Rennie Grove achieve its income targets from its supporters and individual donors.
You will take responsibility for creating and managing a supporter development strategy and supporter engagement journey across the fundraising team. You will manage the development of a supporter engagement plan and its schedule to include the coordination of communication messages to Rennie Grove supporters ensuring that the fundraising database records reflect the engagement plan.
You will have a relevant fundraising, sales or marketing qualification and relevant experience in developing and delivering creative and innovative methods of engaging new and existing donors and customers. You will have a successful track record of generating significant income and experience of digital and off line fundraising campaigns.
