Rennie Grove Hospice Care is proud to be a truly unique charity. As national leaders with our pioneering 24 hour responsive Hospice at Home service we provide care across Herts and Bucks. With five daytime adult nursing teams, a night team for adults and a specialist paediatric team providing 24/7 cover we cared for more than 1,700 people, last year, in their homes, allowing 85% of those who wished, to die at home. Combined with our wide-ranging day services in North West Herts, our absolute focus is to deliver specialist patient centred care.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Professional Development & Quality Assurance to drive forward our new strategy through delivering the education agenda to continuously improve Rennie Grove’s performance.
