Rennie Grove is due to shortly open a brand new Wedding Dress Outlet in Aylesbury, Bucks.
We will be providing a variety of wedding-themed events offering inspiration for all brides-to-be along with the chance to buy top quality, one-off dresses – many of which are designer labels – at a greatly reduced price.
We are seeking a full-time Retail Assistant Manager for this unique opportunity. You will ensure opportunities for sales/profit are maximised, maintain the outlets presentation and appearance, and act as a Rennie Grove ambassador within the community. You will therefore need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:
- Retail experience
- High standards of service
- Customer focus
- Ability to multi-task and cope with physical demands of role
- High levels of integrity and trustworthiness
- Sales and merchandising knowledge preferred
- A strong team player
- Positive, enthusiastic and motivated

The position is subject to a basic DBS check. A car and current UK driving licence are essential. If successful for the role you will be required to obtain business insurance for your vehicle.
