“I cannot express in words how grateful we are for the day the charity’s nurses came to see us when Dad was in hospital"
Rebecca Hatch describes how we helped her Dad as well as her and her sister.
“I was so worried as he lived on his own and often wouldn’t call me if he felt unwell as he didn’t want to worry me, even though I always wanted to know and help him. It was so very reassuring that he could call Rennie Grove and they would be there to help him. It was also very comforting to know that he could open up a little to the charity’s nurses about his fears as I know he would never have shared them with me.
“I cannot express in words how grateful we are for the day the charity’s nurses came to see us when Dad was in hospital; your advice on how poorly he was and their suggestion to make every goodbye our last. If we had not had that conversation with you, I know we would be regretting not saying what we needed to say to Dad.”
